1. Services

SwiftMove Pros ("we", "us") provides residential and commercial moving services, including local and long-distance moving, packing and unpacking, loading and unloading, furniture disassembly and reassembly, and storage. All services are subject to crew availability and service-area coverage.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the inventory, locations, access conditions, and dates described by the customer. The quoted price is honored provided the actual move matches the described scope. Significant changes — such as additional items, extra stops, stairs or elevator access not disclosed, or long carries — may adjust the price, and any adjustment will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.

3. Scheduling & Delays

Arrival and delivery windows are provided in good faith. Actual times may vary due to traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control. For long-distance moves, delivery is provided within the agreed window rather than at an exact hour. We will keep the customer informed of any changes.

4. Protection & Claims

We are licensed and insured, and every move includes basic protection coverage for your belongings, with additional valuation coverage available on request. Any damage claim must be noted at delivery where possible and submitted to us promptly with supporting details. Claims are resolved fairly in accordance with the coverage selected and applicable regulations.

5. Items We Cannot Move

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials (fuel, propane, paints, chemicals), perishables, plants over long distances, firearms and ammunition, cash, or irreplaceable documents and jewelry. We recommend customers transport high-value personal items themselves.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide accurate inventory and access information, secure parking or permits where required, and be present (or have a representative present) at pickup and delivery. Items packed by the customer are loaded as-is, and we are not responsible for damage inside customer-packed boxes.

7. Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit may be required to reserve a moving date. Cancellations or reschedules made with reasonable advance notice receive a full deposit refund or transfer; late cancellations may forfeit the deposit as outlined at booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the protection coverage applicable to the move. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use, missed appointments, or lost income.

9. Phone Calls & Communication

By calling the number on this page, you consent to be contacted by us regarding your service request, including by phone or text message. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to quote, schedule, and complete your move (such as your name, phone number, and addresses). This information is used solely to provide the requested service and is handled with reasonable care and security.
